In the words of founder Lucy Moore of Plymouth, England, “Messy Church!” is designed to be a monthly, church family time for people of all ages! We will come together to enjoy making things, eating a meal, and celebrating God through Word, music and prayer. For another look, click here to see a video from the UK Messy Church site.
We will strive:
- to be a worshiping community of all ages
- to practice Christian hospitality
- to give people a chance to express their creativity
- to sit down together and eat a meal, and
- to have fun within a church context.
We are becoming quite a family for this event each month, sometimes numbering well over 40 people. Please plan to join us!
Come learn about the stories Jesus told and the holidays he celebrated.
Please put Messy Church on YOUR calendar!
